Project Description
Tober Building Company broke ground in December 2015 on AAA’s new Akron headquarters. Located at 100 Rosa Parks Drive, the 12,000+ square foot building was completed in October 2016. AAA (Building Owner/Occupant), TBC and architect, GPD Group, all collaborated to bring the design-build project to fruition.
To better suit the needs of its Akron area customers, AAA’s new home is pedestrian friendly and easily accessible with public transportation. Amenities will include, to name a few, classrooms for drivers’ education and a 24-hour call center.
