Located in Alliance, OH, TBC completed the first of three major renovation phases for the affordable housing apartment building, Newsom Tower. The first phase of the tenant-in-place renovation overhauled 14 of Newsom’s 42 apartments, updating their floor plans, mechanicals, bathrooms, kitchens and all finishes. The second phase is underway, and also consists of 14 comprehensive apartment renovations. The third and final phase is scheduled to begin in May 2017, and includes the final 14 apartments and all common areas. Newsom Tower is scheduled for completion early summer 2017.
