Tober Building Company will be building 2 new houses on Medina Creative Living’s campus. 2 new houses with 4 units in each building. This is ground up construction and we are looking forward to a successful project.
Medina Creative Living has several different housing models. These housing developments are Housing and Urban Development (HUD) 811 Supportive Living for Individuals with Disabilities. Medina Creative Living housing developments consist of thirty-four subsidized single and double garden style apartments which feature a host of conveniences that make everyday life rewarding for individuals with disabilities. Low counters, no thresholds, washer and dryers and accessible bathrooms are but a few of the conveniences that are incorporated into each unit.
