Design-Build
For owners who want more involvement, but not to oversee construction, Tober Building Company offers Design-Build project delivery. Truly a team concept, the owner, architect and TBC collaborate on the project’s design and construction. For Design-Build projects, the owner contracts TBC to perform construction, who then hires the mutually selected architect to design the project.

Owner Representation
