Todd discovered his passion for construction when he began his career as a carpenter 20+ years ago. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree from Duke University, he went on to receive a Master’s Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. His aptitude in finance, combined with his field experience, led to his next role as a commercial estimator. When an opportunity arose to become a superintendent, he accepted the challenge, getting back into fieldwork, and eventually becoming a project manager. As Todd gained a holistic view of the construction industry, exposed to all aspects of the business, he realized his purpose: to raise the industry standard of doing business, and prove that great quality can come at a fair price with positive relationships with clients, owners, contractors and laborers. By founding Tober Building Company, Todd and his team guarantee a high standard of quality construction services with efficient planning, direct communication and competitive pricing on each project regardless of its scale or scope.
Over the course of his career, Ryan has overseen dozens of commercial construction projects with contract values near $300 million, accounting for more than 2 million square feet of space. A skilled estimator and project manager, Ryan has extensive experience with complex, fast-track projects for Health Care, Retail, Senior Housing, Multifamily and Higher Education. As TBC’s Director of Preconstruction, Ryan is instrumental in ensuring that our clients receive the specified quality and value for their finished projects.
During his 15+ year career, Kyle has served in field and office capacities for a variety of project types across multiple industries. Ultimately drawn to Project Management and Estimating, he’s functioned exclusively as a Project Manager recently, but also as an Estimator for the previous 5+ years. Kyle has extensive experience with Historic, Multifamily and HUD projects and meeting the strict parameters that often accompany these projects (i.e. gov’t funding, MBE/FBE, workforce requirements, etc.).
Tim is from Akron, Ohio and has an undergraduate degree in public policy from the University of North Carolina and a masters degree in education from Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, OH. After spending ten years in the field of education, Tim joined TBC in 2016 as a project superintendent. Since then he has successfully run several projects including Stoney Pointe Commons, a 4-story, 68-unit, new construction project in Akron. Tim enjoys running, playing golf, and spending time with his wife, Melissa, and three children.
Lisa has twenty eight years of construction experience both in residential and commercial scopes of work. Having worked in sales, accounting, project management, and design has provided her with a general understanding of the industry that is necessary to effectively manage a construction office. Lisa enjoys golfing and spending time with her family.
Bruce has 45 years of sales experience in the industrial packaging industry. He worked for 35 years with Sonoco Products before he retired in 2003. He started in field sales and moved up the chain to sales manager, then field sales manager and finally to strategic account manager until he retired. After he officially retired, he still stayed at Sonoco as a private contractor for 10 more years. As a private contractor he worked on special projects, assisted with rollout of new construction products, setup a warehouse in Ontario, Canada and recaptured the brand recognition for Sunoco Products in Canada. Bruce has also been married for over 50 years, has raised 3 children and now has 9 grandchildren.
Melanie graduated from Youngstown State University with a master's degree in chemistry. She worked as a senior researcher at The Cleveland Clinic in the Cell Biology department of the Lerner Research Institute. She also worked in safety and compliance at Amresco before joining Tober Building Company.
Before coming to Tober Building Company, Russ had a career in sales and managing production factories. He was the fabrication supervisor and rotor shop manager for 7 years at Metso Minerals Best. After, that he worked for Frameco DBA Metal Framing Industries as a plant manager and a project manager. During that time, he also took a job in sales and consulting for Medina County Welding. With Russ’s diverse and thorough background in manufacturing, he is a proven asset for Tober Building Company.
When Russ is not at work he is always on the go. He fills his free time up by playing and coaching his daughter’s teams and enjoying time with family and close friends.
Serving as Contract Manager, Bill leverages his diverse commercial construction background, which includes field work, project supervision, marketing communications (MarCom) support and commercial real estate services. His areas of expertise include retail/office build-outs and tenant-in-place multifamily renovations. Bill also holds and maintains his Ohio real estate salespersons’ license.
A skilled carpenter and foreman, Chris is most proud of his work on Canal Park’s multiple stadium improvement, where he met a strict opening day deadline for the Akron RubberDucks inaugural season. Away from work, Chris enjoys coaching his daughter’s soccer team and spending time outdoors.
Over the course of his 30-year career, Brian has worked his way up the construction ladder, serving as a union Carpenter, Foreman and Superintendent. As a Sr. Project Superintendent, he believes in management through participation and visibility. In doing so, he gains invaluable project knowledge, and well-earned respect from trades. During his career, Brian has contributed to scores of projects, with combined contract values into the tens of millions. Nevertheless, Brian brings unmatched organization and professionalism to every project, regardless of its scale or scope.
An accomplished senior executive, Jason has an impressive history of driving revenue, profitability, productive cultures, and an exceptional customer experience with operational solutions. He's a creative problem solver who's tasked with developing and executing strategies to optimize TBC's business systems, and drive its growth.
Jason served four years active duty in the United States Marine Corps and has helped optimize and streamline companies since 2002. He is married to his beautiful wife, Kara, since 2009 and they have two children together.
Jon began his career with Tober Building Company in 2019, where he quickly was recognized for his carpentry skills and the ability to adapt and solve numerous field opportunities. Jon served nine years in the United States Marine Corps after high school, then moved into barn building for years before joining Tober. He is married to his beautiful wife, Sara and they have one child together. Jon continues to hone numerous skills and he is leveraged at multiple projects for his willingness to mentor and get a task done quickly and with quality.
Over the course of his 40-year career, Brian has worked on countless projects for some of the largest construction firms in Ohio. He was always called upon for his knowledge and expertise in the field with the ability to solve any problem. He is diligent in quality and efficiency on multiple levels. He was vital in the launching of ToVee, LLC, a subsidiary of Tober Building Company. ToVee, LLC is a commercial modular manufacturing plant that provides affordable housing and many other facets of commercial building. Brian also serves as a Sr. Project Superintendent for Tober Building Company.
Brian, has helped oversee and was the main driver in hundreds of millions of dollars on projects and has always taken the lead and responsibility for ensuring the safety and profitability of his people and the company.
His wisdom, mentorship and work ethic is admired by all who work with and for him over decades. He enjoys traveling, visiting with his grandchildren and taking time to enjoy the simple things in life.
Aaron has worked in the electrical trade since he was a child. His father is a seasoned 50-year licensed electrician and made it a point to teach, Aaron AC/DC theory at a very young age. Aaron trained with his dad through high school and immediately jumped into the ABC Apprenticeship program. Graduating in the top 3 of his class and earning an electrical journeyman’s license. From there, Aaron, worked his way up through the electrical trade.
Leaving his hometown of Medina, OH he moved to Charleston, SC, where he worked running crews on notable, ground up, multi-million-dollar projects such as Boeing Flight-Line, Naval Weapons Station 996, MUSC Children’s Hospital.
He currently has 20+ years of electrical experience in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
He is glad to be back home in the great state of Ohio! Where he enjoys baseball (GO GUARDIANS!), hockey, and rebuilding his Jeep.
During his 15+ year career, Jamie has spent most of that time in various Architectural offices completing everything from proposal drawings to construction documents using the latest versions of Revit. Two years ago, his specialization in Revit and Architecture brought him to the software side of Light Gauge Steel Framing. In this role, he supported the sales team by giving trainings both on-site & online, and technical support for the software product.
Upon joining Tober Building, he looks forward to using his skills to increase the efficiencies in off-site light gauge construction. In his free time he competitively throws axes.
Lee Tucker joined Tober Building Company in 2020 and serves as Senior Project Manager of Construction. A passionate Builder with over 25 years of experience contributed $350M to the built environment. His construction experience is diverse including Residential, Multi-Family Housing both Affordable and Market Rate, Hospitality, Class A Commercial, Healthcare and Government Projects.
He enjoys preserving historically significant buildings and his projects have won national and state awards including the $120M Book Cadillac Hotel in Detroit, $47M Heinz Lofts in Pittsburg and $60M Standard Building in Cleveland. He holds bachelor degrees in Finance and Business Management from Kent State University.
Throughout his 35+ year career, Scott has worked on numerous commercial construction projects rising through the ranks as a carpenter, foreman and superintendent. As an Army Veteran, he believes in leading by example and knows what it takes to get a project to completion while mentoring and educating his team. In doing so, he gains the respect from all trades, project managers and ownership. Scott’s career has taken him through dozens of projects, with combined contract values into the tens of millions.
His first role at Tober Building Company was to help get the newly created modular construction manufacturing company, ToVee, LLC, off the ground and achieve new ways to complete commercial construction projects and affordable housing.
Kurt has been an Operations Manager over a variety of companies for the past eleven years, and has an accomplished history of strategically enacting, and improving systems and processes to maximize the inner workings of each company. He graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Art in 2006 majoring in Illustration. He also went to Cuyahoga Community College for IT Networking Solutions, and Business from 2008-2010. He is an avid musician, artist, and cook who is always trying to create new songs, paintings, pictures, and dishes in his free time.
Clinton began subcontracting through Tober Building Company back in 2017, and proceeded to sign on full time in 2020 as a General Laborer, but he has also ascended to Carpentry, Finisher and Operator for different projects at Tober. He is now acting as a Project Engineer as he continues his career path with Tober Building. He thrives on operating and finishing out punch lists, to get the job completed in a timely manner. he has been in the construction field as a career for 5 years but has had an affinity for doing odds and ends type work throughout most of his life. Clinton enjoys the company of his friends and family, while playing outside games and enjoying a nice bonfire. He's also a self proclaimed water bug, so anything he and his family can do in the water, they enjoy as well. His main day to day hobby is sitting down to enjoy his amazing, large, fish tank at home.
Jessica joined Tober Building Company in 2019 and serves as Assistant Office manager. She also worked as a professional cosmetologist for six years, five of those years were spent in North Carolina, where she managed her own business, alongside a nannying career. During this time, she became aware of her love for customer service and management. Upon moving home to Ohio, Jessica chose to pursue a full-time career in nannying. She has been a professional, full-time nanny for the past 10 years. She is enjoying her role as Assistant Office Manager and is extremely grateful to be a part of the Tober Team.
Jessica fills most of her free time with her son, Ray, and her partner, Mike. Together they love going on adventures and trying new things. Jessica is passionate about travel, CrossFit, and singing. Jessica's family and friends are everything to her.
Rocky joined P&G Electric in 2018. Over his 41 years in the construction field, he has gained an expertise in installing electric in commercial apartment buildings and homes. When he isn't working, he enjoys gardening, and home improvement projects, in addition to playing darts, and cards.
Mike joined Tober Building Company in 2019 as a fabricator for ToVee, which is TBC’s Modular Manufacturing Facility. He then started working with his father, who is a mason, and does all types of construction. When Mike was younger, he would help tear off roofs, hang drywall, mix mortar, and cement, and learned a lot from his experience with his father. After using tow motors, and Lull's, he found he likes operating machines, and is even certified with a Class 7, and tow motor liscence. He was able to get back into construction in his 20's, as a metal, and steel framer. With his 5 years of manufacturing experience, and 10 years construction experience, he was promoted to lead framer, then began running his own line, and finally quality control at his former employer. Now he runs the Howick 5600 and Howick 7800 roll formers for ToVee.
In his free time, Mike likes to play guitar for fun, and used to be in a band when he was younger. He also loves being a father to his daughter.
Charles, aka "Tony", joined Tober Building Company in 2020 and is a plasterer, painter, and carpenter. Tony owned his own company for several years and worked as a contractor on quite a few large projects such including Findlay, Wesley Tower, and Stoney Pointe II prior to officially joining the Tober family of Companies.
In his down time, Tony enjoys spending time with his family back home in West Virgina.
Joseph, or J.C. as he is affectionately known by the Tober team, joined Tober Building Company in 2020 and is a plasterer, painter, and carpenter. He started off his career at Tober by taking over the drywall side of ToVee for all of our ToVee units. He has also worked as a contractor on quite a few large projects such including Findlay, Wesley Tower, and Stoney Pointe II. In his down time, JC enjoys spending time with his baby girl as well as traveling.
Chris joined Tober Building Company in 2019 and serves as Structural Modeling and MEP Designer for ToVee, which is TBC’s Modular Manufacturing Facility. He has an extensive work history in the world of metal studs, with over a decade of hands on experience in structural steel framing, architectural curved track, and light gauge ornamental projects. It was a natural transition to wall panel design, and drafting, given his background in computer design, and processes of light gauge metal fabrication. Before joining ToVee, Chris spent 2 years as a panel drafter, using Vertex BD to design panel drawings from 3D models. His journey with ToVee started on the floor, learning various operations, and capabilities of our roll formers. After creating drawings, and altering CSV codes for our Howick roll former, he began working in Revit and MWF, designing wall panels, trusses, and floor systems, not to mention all aspects of MEP design. He is also heavily involved in the design, and detailing, of structural steel, on many of the TBC projects.
In his personal time, Chris enjoys creating many different types of art, including traditional, digital, and 3D printing. Outside of spending time with his fiancé, cats, turtle and fish, he enjoys drumming, which he's been doing for over 20 years.
Dave joined Tober Building Company in 2021 and serves as Director of Project Management. During his 14 year career, Dave has served in field and office capacities for a variety of project types across multiple industries, and has successfully overseen, managed, and contributed to more than $650M of work. These include the $360M Cleveland Convention Center & Global Center for Health Innovation in downtown Cleveland, as well as the $220M, 32-story Hilton hotel in downtown Cleveland, that served as the flagship hotel for the Republic National Convention held in Cleveland in 2016.
As Project Executive, Dave was overall responsibility for the activities of both office, and field operations of the project. He has provided direction and support to the construction team for project operations, as well as monitor its progress from preconstruction through project closeout.
Dave graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Akron in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology, and a Minor in Business Administration. Dave is also committed to community service by donating his time to various organizations throughout Northeast Ohio. He serves on various committees and boards related to the construction industry. Dave resides in Wadsworth with his wife, his 9-year old daughter, and 5-year old twin boys.
Dan joined Tober Building Company in 2021 as an Apprentice Carpenter. He has 20 years in concrete leveling experience and spent 10 years as a small business owner, so he brings vast knowledge to his role at Tober. In his free time, Dan is an avid pool player and he also enjoys playing golf.
Kevin joined Tober Building Company as a subcontractor in 2020 and came onboard full time in 2021. Kevin excels in all facets of drywall finishing. He has 12 years of professional experience as a drywall finisher. He spent the first 7 years honing his craft in the residential field before transitioning to larger commercial projects. In his free time, Kevin enjoys being a father, having family game nights and going on bike rides. When time allows, Kevin, his fiance Heather, and their three sons escape to the wilderness where they enjoy camping.
AJ joined Tober Building Company in 2021 as a carpenter, and he specializes in framing siding decks. He's been in the construction field for 10 years and enjoys inputting his creativity and practicality into the quality of everything he builds. In his off time, AJ enjoys camping and golfing with his family and friends, but his favorite hobby is kayaking.
Michael joined Tober Building Company in 2021 and serves as Director of Real Estate Development. He brings a unique mix of experiences in the fields of business administration, real estate development, regional planning, and architecture. For the past 20 years, Michael has applied those skills to be an innovator in community transformation. His work in this field has positioned him at the forefront of the national discussion of emerging subsidy models with Public – Private Partnerships and mixed-finance utilizing complex funding sources. He was involved in the first Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) project in Ohio. He played an integral role in developing a repositioning strategy for CMHAs portfolio of over 9000 public housing units. and has sat on numerous expert panels with industry groups such as CLPHA and NAHRO to help lead the discussion of challenges and opportunities that face affordable housing development professionals. He also recently served as a board member of Village Capital Corporation.
Michael is a Registered Architect with a demonstrated commitment over the course of his career to help create great spaces that allow neighborhoods to transform and thrive. Michael enjoys applying the same creative energy to pulling together complex development deals that he does to the physical design process.
Mike has worked on a number of projects for Tober Building Company and ToVee, LLC prior to him officially joining the team in 2021. Mike serves in many capacities and is a great team lead working with Plant Managers and Superintendents in communicating the objective and vision. Mike is a great asset to all the companies he is called upon to help be on the front lines.
Mike enjoys spending some of his downtime rooting for the local Cleveland Sports teams.
Jeremy Joined Tober Building Company in 2021 and serves as Asst. Project Superintendent. He has 15 years of experience as Carpenter’s Apprentice, Journeyman Carpenter, and Carpenter Foreman. He leads through experience, overseeing projects, analyzing blueprints, managing material and teams, and working with Project Supervisors. Jeremy specializes in interior systems such as complex ceiling grid patterns, and barrel ceilings, with exceptional knowledge in concrete formwork, framing, and general trades management.
Anthony joined Tober Building Company in 2021 serving as Director of Design. His 38 years of design, construction and management experience, along with tradesman, estimator/project manager, business/salesman, construction admin, and architect skills, optimizes design, development, and construction processes. Always innovating better ways of building, designing and managing construction process, he ensures communication between TBC and other parties, to gain higher levels of service and quality
T.J. joined the Tober Building Company in 2021 and serves as Senior Estimator. He has over 21 years of commercial estimating experience, as well as experience as both an Estimator and Project Manager for several prominent local firms. This background drives his focuses at TBC on bringing his knowledge of Site Development and General Trades to the Pre-Construction team. T.J. enjoys the challenge of assisting the project team in targeting the budget while providing value to the overall program.
Jamie joined Tober Building Company in 2021 and serves as Assistant Plant Manager for ToVee, which is TBC’s Modular Manufacturing Facility. He has 20+ years of experience coaching swimming and golf as well as managing the Natatorium and lifeguard staff at Kent City Schools. His experience enables him to organize and structure employees, while also motivating them to efficiently execute projects. His main objective is to develop a team driven approach enabling successful project fulfillment.
Mike joined Tober Building Company in 2021 and serves as Project Manager. He has a degree in Finance from the University of Akron and 20+ years of experience in construction. Mike started as a carpenter apprentice excelling to managing P.M.s and Construction Specialists, with experience as a Development Manager for retail, as well as P.M. for higher education, distribution, residential and self-storage builds. Mike’s focus is building high quality projects on time while heeding details.
AJ joined the P&G Electric team in 2021 and has worked on several projects for Tober Building Company and ToVee, LLC. AJ serves as an Electrician Apprentice under Aaron Christopher and is excelling in his trade through communicating the objectives and vision of P&G Electric. He is a great asset to all the companies he is called upon to help be on the front lines.
AJ enjoys spending some of his downtime rooting for the local Cleveland Sports teams.
Dade joined Tober Building Company in 2021 and serves as a BIM Modeler for ToVee, which is TBC’s Modular Manufacturing Facility. He has 15+ years of experience as Journeyman carpenter and drywall expert, along with 10 years in structural engineering. Dade excels at BIM Models for Single and Multi-family residential housing, Commercial, Hospitality, Higher Education, Health Care, Civil, High Rise, Prefabrication and Government projects, working with steel, wood, CFS, CMU and concrete tilt-up.
Josh joined Tober Building Company in 2021 and serves as a BIM Modeler for ToVee, which is TBC’s Modular Manufacturing Facility. He has 14 years of experience working in the drafting department for a builder of single-family homes in the Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington area, alongside 2.5 years of experience modeling CFS, wood and SIP panelized walls for multi-family projects located across the US. His drive for excellence makes him the perfect fit for the design team at TBC and ToVee.
Taylor joined Tober Building Company in 2021 and serves as a BIM Modeler for ToVee, which is TBC’s Modular Manufacturing Facility. He has a bachelor’s degree from University of Colorado’s School of Architecture and Planning. Taylor has modular design experience in multifamily and single-family projects using CFS, wood and SIP panels, along with experience in the manufacturing sector. He holds several patents in the industry and seeks to be on the leading edge to progress the industry further.
Josh joined Tober Building Company in 2021 and serves as Project Manager. With 10 years of experience in Construction, he has successfully completed numerous projects in the healthcare, education, and commercial fields, ranging from a few million up to $180M. His past roles as estimator, scheduler, engineer, and superintendent, give him a robust skillset. His attention to detail and quality management skills, along with his integrity, drive him to exceed all client expectations on projects.
Will joined Tober Building Company in 2021 and serves as Senior BIM Modeler for ToVee, which is TBC’s Modular Manufacturing Facility. He has 5+ years of experience in creating and managing accurate and detailed models for multifamily, residential projects. With a background in Architecture and Structural disciplines and Wood and Steel construction, Will has experience in all stages of a project’s lifecycle. His skill enables him to solve complex problems, while spurring a team-driven approach.
Derik joined Tober Building Company in 2021 and a welder for ToVee, which is TBC’s Modular Manufacturing Facility. He is originally from Puerto Rico, but has lived in the US now for five years. He has been a welder and manufacturer by trade for 8 years and studied at Mech-Tech College in Ponce, Puerto Rico.
In his down time, Derik enjoys playing basketball, spending time with his family, exercising, and playing video games among other things.
Austin joined Tober Building Company, ToVee & Atlas Frameworks in 2021. He comes from a retail and machining background. Austin was a manager at Under Armour, as well as, being a machine operator for four years. In his free time he enjoys golfing, fishing, spending time with friends and going to concerts and sporting events. He truly enjoys spending time in the mountains of West Virginia.
Gene joined Tober Building Company in 2021 and serves as Program Manager for ToVee, which is TBC’s Modular Manufacturing Facility. His career began in the Steel Industry, with focus in HVAC, OEM, Construction and Transplant Automotive markets. Gene has 20 years of experience serving the Intellectually Disabled, including his current work with Special Olympics Ohio. His passion to empower others will focus on Continuing Education, Training, and the Education Apprenticeship Program at TBC.
Ashley joined Tober Building Company in 2021 and serves as Production Manager for ToVee, which is TBC’s Modular Manufacturing Facility. She has over 7 years of experience in commercial construction, as well as 7 plus years of management experience with multimillion dollar companies. With her hands-on knowledge and office proficiency Ashley is driven by turning vision into value. She brings experience, hard work, and dedication to every project.
Eric joined Tober Building Company in January 2022 and serves as the Director of Business Development. His 20 years of experience in capital equipment sales and people leadership in healthcare, focused on large system strategies growing diagnostic solutions, has provided him an opportunity to come into our organization with fresh perspective on growth during a very exciting time in the construction industry. Eric is passionate about helping develop client strategy as well as people, personally and professionally.
Eric enjoys the time he gets sitting on two Akron OH based non-profit boards, Kylie Roses Run and Project Outrun, both of which are focused on the support of pediatric cancer patients and their families.
Eric attended Bowling Green State University for his BA and Miami University for his MBA. He lives in Copley OH with his beautiful wife, Carrie and three children: Kylie, Emmie and Blake. They enjoy hiking, running, water skiing, snow skiing, anything outdoors, their Bernedoodle Kobie, and going on family trips.
Marcus joined Tober Building Company in 2022 and serves as Project Manager. With over 10 years of experience in general contracting, design build, and construction management, his performance has produced profitable projects, completed on, or ahead of schedule, and to the complete satisfaction of his clients. He places emphasis on quality, integrity, exceeding expectations, lasting relationships, client satisfaction, and bottom-line profitability.
Dave joined Tober Building Company in 2022 and serves as Production Manager for ToVee, which is TBC’s Modular Manufacturing Facility. He has 30+ years in the building trade, owning his own business for 20 years, and has experience in both residential and commercial building, excelling at complete home remodels including kitchens and baths. His areas of expertise include concrete, masonry, wood and metal framing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. He utilizes these skills for overseeing production of all ToVee workloads as well as doing MEP for their designs. In his Spare time Dave likes to camp at Kool Lakes from April to October. He also enjoys visiting with friends, and family, and binge watching TV shows.
Dalton joined P&G Electric in 2022 and serves as Electrical Apprentice under Aaron Christopher. He is very interested in learning everything he can about the electrical trade, and went to school at the Maplewood Career Center, where his interest was first sparked. He is determined and eager to assist the P&G Electric team in commercial electric projects, and continues to gain experience, and a better understanding of electrical work while learning. His hobbies include hunting, shooting, riding, and fishing.
Joseph joined Tober Building Company in 2022 and serves as Director of Field Operations. He has vast experience in coordinating and managing large-scale commercial and government projects. Joseph merges leadership, communications, innovation, technical expertise, and craftsmanship with strong organizational decision making and problem-solving skills. He is an interactive, motivational, and fair leader who regularly manages full construction project lifecycles, bringing jobs in on time and under budget.
Jeff Joined Tober Building Company in 2022 and serves as Director of Construction. With over 27 years of experience in the construction industry, he has successfully completed numerous projects ranging from large complex iconic buildings such as the Cleveland Museum of Art, KSU CAED, multiple higher ED projects, K-12 Projects, recreation centers, libraries, etc. He is an industry veteran who exemplifies integrity in every aspect of his life. One of his strengths is his ability to build lasting client relationships.
Jeff graduated Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology and a Master of Applied Science, Construction Management. In his spare time Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. Jeff resides in Medina with his wife and 18 year old son.
Rodney joined Atlas Frameworks in 2022 and serves as Project Executive. He has project management experience in drywall, finish carpentry, ACT ceiling, and CFS load bearing projects. Load bearing panel projects in military barracks, student housing, hotels, and apartment/condominiums/assisted living. All CFS load bearing projects involved design build assistance, prefabrication of load bearing panels, installation, and exterior finishes.
Christopher joined Tober in 2022 and serves as Project Executive. During his 14-year career, Christopher has successfully managed and contributed to more than $630M of work, including several Kent State University projects totaling over $100M, multiple phases of renovations at Progressive Field, and an addition/renovation of the Medina County Courthouse. Project roles are typically from design to closeout, which include project buyout, finances, maintaining owner and architect relationships, schedule, coordination efforts, safety and managing internal team. Christopher consistently completes projects on time and within budget and recently garnered an award for developing a visual purchasing process that significantly reduces scope gaps and contingency expenditures.
Chris enjoys spending free time with his wife Laren and three children, Logan, Drew and Kate.
Larry joined P&G Electric in 2022 and serves as Project Manager. He started his construction career as a freshman in high school for a small construction company. During his junior and senior year of high school he attended Portage Lakes Career Center studying Industrial Electricity. He graduated top 3 in his class. From there he was employed by a large construction firm in Akron, OH. working on several multimillion-dollar projects.
Larry started at the City of Green in 1990 in the service department and retired after 31 ½ years. While working for the city he attended Associated Builders Contractors Inc and started his apprenticeship training. He graduated number one in his class and then earned his State Electrical License. As a third-year apprentice he was selected to compete in the National Craft Olympics placing 5th in the nation.
After graduation Larry formed his own electric company, doing ground up residential and commercial projects in NE OH. His passion is projects on historical buildings.
He has been married to his wife Anna for 34 years and has two sons ages 26 and 28. His passion is teaching apprenticeship and shooting sports with Boy Scouts.
Al joined Tober Building Company in 2022 and serves as the Controller. He has 35 years of experience in the construction, real estate, construction supply, manufacturing, and retail sectors. Having worked in accounting, financial planning, insurance, HR, and IT, he has a wealth of knowledge across many functions that is essential to helping the company grow. Al believes in building respectful relationships and maintaining a high level of integrity. He is dedicated to continuing to improve and streamline processes within the company. He is a CPA (inactive) with a degree in Accounting from Kent State University.
Craig joined Atlas Frameworks in 2022 and serves as Senior Estimator. He has over 34 years’ experience in construction as a skilled estimator and project manager, with vast experience in all project phases from preparing estimates, to on site management through completion. He looks to further business growth through his wealth of knowledge and leadership. When he is not working, Craig enjoys playing drums and bass, gardening, fitness, and bird watching.
Rod joined Tober Building Company in 2022 and serves as Project Superintendent. He has been a Superintendent for 10+ years, and a Journeyman Carpenter for 14 years, focusing on home building. He utilizes his experience to get jobs done efficiently and reliably with hands-on project management.
Joe joined P&G Electric in 2022 and serves as Electrical Apprentice under Aaron Christopher. Joe worked in the HVAC field before this, and still holds his HVAC License, but is looking to expand his knowledge and expertise into the Electrical Field. His background in the Army has taught him to always do whatever it takes to get the job done. He is a hard worker and quick learner. In his down time, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and friends.
Matt joined Atlas Frameworks in 2022 and serves as a Project Superintendent. Over the past 20 years Matt has co-led many of the biggest building projects in Cleveland. He is ambitious, yet efficient, and skilled in all areas of commercial carpentry management, including steel and industrial construction. He has extensive experience in cold form steel framing, steel stud curtain wall construction, interior systems, and engineered systems. His success is rooted in lean-practice and high-quality standards. In his down time, Matt enjoys coaching his kids’ hockey teams, working on his property in northern Michigan, and spending time his family.
Sean joined Tober Building Company in 2022 and serves as Project Engineer. He has seven years’ experience in the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning trade, working as an Installer for sheet metal fabrication. He excels at streamlining metal fabrication to allow for overall production increase, while utilizing his analytical and management skills from being an Intelligence Analyst/ Battalion Intelligence Chief in the United States Marine Corps for 6 years to further implement product integration into current and future Tober projects. Sean lives in Lakewood, OH, and he enjoys hiking, skiing, and golfing in his free time.
